92A Cayenne (2011-2016) Telephone Module. Internal quad-band GSM telephone module with Bluetooth® interface for ease of use and excellent speech quality. Allows telephone calls in 3 operating modes: With SIM card inserted, connection via the GSM external antenna, via Bluetooth® connection with the SIM Access Profile (SAP). After automatic coupling of the devices, the GSM antenna of the cellphone is switched off to protect the battery; the connection is then made via the GSM external antenna (only available for cellphones with SIM Access Profile), via Bluetooth® connection with the hands-free profile (HFP). In this case, the GSM connection is always established via the cellphone antenna including microphone, hands-free function, muting and operation of all important phone functions, including call lists and phonebook access (depending on cellphone), via PCM/CDR Plus, the optional multifunction steering wheel or optional voice control (operating scope dependent on operating mode)
