Thank you for choosing Get Porsche Silver Spring Parts for all of your Genuine OEM Porsche Parts and Accessories needs!  These terms and conditions of use (the "terms") set forth the terms on which GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com  (the "company," "we," "us," "our") provides you access to this web site ("GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com") and our services.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this site.  By using or accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of use ("agreement"), and that you accept and will be bound by this agreement.  If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or otherwise use GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com.

Terms & Conditions:

  • In no event are we liable for any special or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the services on GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com, software or printed materials, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
  • Buyer and Seller shall indemnify, defend and hold us harmless and our employees, agents, successors, officers and assigns, from any and all suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and paralegal fees) that we may sustain or incur, arising from or out of a respective: (i) Buyer's or Seller's failure to comply with any applicable laws and/or regulations; (ii) Buyer's or Seller's breach of any of its obligations set forth in these Terms; or (iii) Buyer's or Seller's use of GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com.
  • GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com works to protect consumer information that we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Efforts include, but are not limited to, the use of a secure server software, passwords and credit card encryption and information access limitations. We agree to adhere to all applicable Unites States federal and state laws and industry practices relating to the collection and use of personal information from GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com visitors.
  • The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not always reflect the accuracy, pricing, availability or stocking status of parts. Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers, part descriptions, and pricing due to monthly manufacturer updates and data available.  We reserve the right to make changes to part numbers and pricing depending on manufacturer data, vin # provided, or vehicle selected.  Prices, promotions, styles, and availability may vary. Our dealership's retail parts dept does not honor online pricing.  Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered or reported, and getPorscheSilverSpringParts.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at anytime and including after an order has been submitted through our site.  Price matching is at the sole discretion of GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com and can be changed or revoked at any time.
  • Please always include your vin (vehicle identification number) when ordering. We take no responsibility for incorrect part(s) if a vin number is not included with your order. Our factory trained parts advisors will double check the accuracy of your order with your vin and change the parts to the correct ones for your vehicle.  You will be required to approve should a price increase occur.  Also please be sure to include a note in the customer comments section when ordering for multiple vehicles when only one vin number is provided, or if you're putting something on your vehicle that doesn't originally come on it.  It's crucial to notify us if you're retrofitting, changing an item to a different color, changing parts from what is original equipment, etc. so that we know not to change it to the correct part per the vin and factory options for you.
  • What if I received an order that is damaged or missing parts?  Please Contact Us here immediately and select "Shipping Assistance" from the Reason drop-down box within 48 hours from the time the package is delivered/signed for to report and damaged or missing parts.  If someone (friend, family, etc.) or some place (forwarding location, business, etc.) is accepting the package on your behalf, they must notify us within 48 hours of any damaged or missing parts.  Please keep all boxes, packing material, etc. as we'll likely need it for the damage claim with the shipping courier.  We'll work on the quickest resolution possible for you.
  • What if I receive the wrong part(s)?  Please Contact Us here immediately  (within 48 hours of receipt) and select "Order Inquiry" from the Reason drop-down box.  We'll investigate and work on the quickest resolution possible for you.  Please provide us as much information as possible and check to see if the part # on your package matches the invoice you received, or if there are any special notes that a part has superseded to a newer part number.  If your VIN # was included with your order and the error was on our end, we'll replace the parts at no charge.  Please note - it is your responsibility to confirm you've received the correct, undamaged parts prior to having them painted or installed.  If you're having a body/paint/repair shop install parts for you, it is their responsibility to test-fit and confirm the parts are correct and undamaged prior to painting or installation - we unfortunately can not accept return on any parts that have been painted or installed.
  • What if I need a part covered under warranty?  Please view the Porsche Parts Warranty information here.
  • We may terminate user access or suspend any user's access to all or part of GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates any applicable law or is harmful to us, or if such party is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com.
  • You agree that any information provided by you and the sale of any products through GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com: (i) shall not be fraudulent; (ii) shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (iii) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (iv) shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (v) shall not be obscene; and (vi) shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other disabling devices that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
  • You agree that you may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You may not disclose your password to, or share your password with, any third parties. You may not use your password for any unauthorized purpose.
  • The services provided for on GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. We may refuse our services to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
  • All custom material and content on our site (including but not limited to: pictures, descriptions, wordage, logos, banners, etc.) are owned by GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise published without the prior written permission of GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com.
  • GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com will not engage in and will not assist with any illegal export or re-export of any products purchased from GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com. If the Buyer intends to export or re-export an item after receipt from GetPorscheSilverSpringParts.com, it is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and comply with all requirements of applicable laws, regulations and policies administered by the United States Government. We will not devalue or misdeclare any information for customs/exporting. Any parts taken outside the US are not eligible for warranty.  We are not responsible for any duty/tax/brokerage fees on the shipment - please contact the shipping courier (UPS, DHL, USPS) directly for what to expect on these possible fees prior to ordering.  *Please note that while our site does a good job of estimating international shipping costs, there are a lot of variables - your actual shipping rate may be different.  We'll always notify you and require your approval should your shipping rate increase.  We do not recommend international freight as the high costs are usually prohibitive.  **If shipping to a freight forwarding service - please understand that our liability ends at delivery at the freight forwarder.  They must inspect the shipment for accuracy, damage, or shortages.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders if it includes special order parts we don't keep in stock as they'll have to be shipped back to the manufacturer.  *Completed orders can not be cancelled - please follow our Return Policy here if you no longer need the order.  **Coded parts can not be cancelled.  ***Expedited shipping fees from Germany are not refunded.
